A useful place to start

A scope-first request path for select fixtures, disposals, clogs, leaks, and household plumbing concerns.

A fixture replacement and an active hidden leak are not the same service. Photos, a short video, the exact location, when the symptom appears, and whether the water can be stopped help the team understand the immediate condition without asking the customer to dismantle anything.

Plumbing work can involve concealed piping, drainage, waterproofing, permits, property damage, or other licensed-trade boundaries. Every request remains unconfirmed until the scope and appropriate provider are reviewed.

Scope note

This form is not emergency dispatch. Active flooding, sewage, gas odors, or unsafe conditions require the appropriate emergency or utility response.

Common requests

Is this the right starting point?

Prepare a useful request

Document the symptom without opening the system

Keep the area safe and provide observations rather than attempting a diagnosis. The online form is not emergency dispatch.

  • State whether water is actively flowing, dripping, backing up, or currently stopped.
  • Photograph the fixture, surrounding cabinet or wall, shutoff valves, and visible damage.
  • Share replacement product links, model numbers, and manufacturer instructions when applicable.
  • Mention odors, recurring clogs, staining, softness, electrical equipment, or units below the affected area.
  • For an unsafe or uncontrolled condition, contact the appropriate emergency, utility, property, or licensed plumbing response instead of waiting online.

Questions, answered

Before you request plumbing requests.

Does submitting this form dispatch an emergency plumber?

No. The form creates a Paloma Pro service request for review and does not provide emergency dispatch or reserve an appointment. Do not wait online when water cannot be controlled or another unsafe condition exists.

Can I request a faucet or other fixture replacement?

Yes. Send the existing fixture, connections, shutoff access, replacement product, dimensions, and installation instructions. Compatibility and the appropriate trade path must be confirmed first.

Can a leak be repaired from a photo?

A photo can help with triage but cannot establish every cause or concealed condition. The team may require additional information, an on-site assessment, or a licensed specialist before repair work is approved.
